Does the AT%26T Yahoo! Online Protection come with a firewall? And even if it doesnt would you reccomend me getting it? (i am currently using the Norton antivirus 2005 thing with all the spyware and firewall and virus stuff but it is 2005.)

There is some antivirus protection, apparently through PC doctor, no firewall though. Your firewall is something that should run in the background on your PC, not through an online application. A firewall can also lock you out of your own computer if you're not completely knowledgeable about using it. Upgrade your Norton to the latest updates, but don't worry about the firewall so much unless you work with money a lot on the Internet and absolutely need it, such as checking bank accounts, paypal, etc.
