Norton antivirus 2005?

its expired and i want to renew, i follow steps but got stuck in renewal center box, it asks for a ''subscription key''. whats this, i dont know. i tried entering the product numbers on the cd in the space and it says the number i have entered is not a valid subscription key! Please kindly HELP.

get a newer version coz ur version has expired since its 1 yr old

these antiuviruses come with a license file which are valid for only 1 yr

to renew them u can visit www.symantec.com or buy a new cd

i also have the 2005 %26 cannot get the CD to accept anything,

because of a registry key ( not the given product key.) i do

"not" feel we have to have a newer version to run the 360.

they have a file on us %26 know exactly what we have, not

to mention they gave us the option along with purchase. Report It


i will call american express %26 return it regestered mail, plus

on the refund webpage....it cannot be found! Report It


Have you paid for it yet? If not, then go get Norton Antivirus 2006.

If you already paid then try checking your email or receipt for an updated key.
I think it's better to have a copy of Norton Antivirus 2006.
visit www.service.symantec.com/drm for on line support. I renewed mine on line but I don't remember where I got the subscription key. They might e-mail it to you, not sure. Anyway, try the support line above and see if that helps. Good luck.
