Neither - for now, I'm using the Beta version of Windows OneCare, which seems to have virus checking that is comparable to both Norton Antivirus 2005 and McAfee. Only thing missing is e-mail scanning, which may well be added in future releases.

I'm using avast! Professional v4.6
It's really great, lots of great features and ever since i've installed it, i've never had problems with viruses and stuff like that. My computer is safe.
