i had the same thing with norton antivirus 2005 with a backdoor trojan vundo virus , what you have to do is
1 Save all your personal or important information on a floppy disk or CD
2.shut off computer immediatly
3. take to computer shop.
with my experience i had to get a new processor so follow those steps and you will be okay.
install anew antivirus
Should you delete it?
God,
OF ******** COURSE.
quaritine just keeps it from being detected again.
delete that baddass stuff.
