HELP!!! My Limewire isn't working!!!!! It won't start!!!?

I have no clue what is wrong with Limewire today. I tried to start it today and it wouldn't start. Mind you I had the 4.12.6 version and not the newest one 4.12.11. I restarted my computer a bunch and it still didn't work. So I went on Limewire.com to see what the problem was. I didn't have the newest version. So I uninstalled the previous one and installed the new one. Then I tried to start it and it still wouldn't work. I went back on Limewire.com to their support center and looked at the FAQ's to see if they had an answer to my problem. They did, but it didn't work. I checked my Java, I have the most recent one. I even cleared my cach茅, and reinstalled the program after uninstalling it once more. And it STILL didn't work. So I'm here. It may be something wrong with the Firewall, like it may think Limewire is spyware...I have Norton Antivirus 2003, 2004,or 2005, I think....Does anyone know what might be wrong with my Limewire or how to fix it??? i experienced that too once, there's nothing wrong with limewire it fine even if you do not have the latest limewire version, and you do not even need to have the latest java for it to work... my guess is that your JVM(java) version is not compatible with limewire... try other versions of java...
