i have already detected it while scanning but i cannot it remove it on my norton 2005 antivirus, it is very annoying there are plenty of pop ups now and my pop up blocker is useless

I once had to remove a virus.... my antivirus didnt work either so i called tech support and they got me to start my computer in "Safe Mode" where you can delete anything as long as you know where it is. Try doing that cause it worked for me
locate and delete the file.

if it keeps coming back, re-start in DOS-prompt mode (hold F8 while computer is loading), type cd "Program Files" to change folders, then del winantispywareinstall.exe
throw it away
