my PC is Pentium 4

my windows is XP SP2

my antivirus is Norton 2005

try it may be you will be able to reconfigure your cam ...open up norton internet security, settings, personal firewall, configure, programme control. scroll down to yahoo messenger and change auto to allow.

this should resolve your problem.

if you do not have norton, then report the problem to yahoo.
