Ok, I asked the question about installing Norton Antivirus 2007 last night..?

I want to add (upgrade) 2007 from the 2005 I already have on my laptop... since I dont have enough memory for what 2007 requires, will it be any different from the 2005?

(since the 2005 is already on here)

Norton is terrible, it eventually begins to mess with your registery and is more trouble then help. Don't use Norton, I personally use XoftSpy SE Anti-Spyware 4.22 it's amazing. But if you want a FREE one go with Spyware Terminator that's really good as well. Avast is pretty good as well.

Yeah Norton Sucks. Get Avast! Anti virus if you have Windows. Nothing gained with Norton.
The 2007 will replace the 2005 norton. You will still have enough memory. Its basically your 2005 being replaced by 2007, nothing will change except you will have the lastest Norton on your laptop.

i say, do not use it.

on the old pc, it gave is more norton popups than we would have gotten without it.

i did not download it on my mac.
