i use norton antivirus 2005. it is loaded . i dont have its CD

Anti virus program is out of date, unless it was updated till date on line ( via internet ) automatically or by you. May be the license period has expired. You have to renew the license or try AVG7.5Free from http://www.grisoft.com

Remove Norton from the startup program list.after downloading AVG

Start RUN type msconfig startup pgms uncheck Norton.

You have to restart the computer later and again check normal startup. ( you will get the messages ).

OR download Yahoo Toobar for IE and download latest Norton trial version ( for 90 days ?)
