My computer will not shut down correctly. It is showing iaanotif.exe is not responding. I have been told it could be a virus. I have AVG antivirus and it is up to date and is not showing infections. I am also getting an error occasionally when exiting a webpage - "iexplore.exe - application error - Instruction at "0 x 6230430" referenced memory at "0 x 6230430". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program." is one of the errors. Another is when I open a MS Word or Excel 97 file it says it is being used and asks if i want to make a copy. I have Windows XP Media 2005. Could the MS excel/word issue be because the program is old and I installed on a new system? I am able to use the file ok after ignoring the error message. The errors started occurring a couple weeks ago, purchased computer in January.
