I have windows XP Media Center edition 2005
What this does is it closes the folder after a few seconds of opening the folder to see contents.
I currently have AVG antivirus and Adware for spyware.
How do I get rid of drwatson postmorgen notice that pops up closing my documents folder on windows xp?software
Dr Watson is part of Windows XP itself, it is alerting you that Windows has a serious problem. It is not closing the folder, it is simply alerting you that Windows is about do do something strange (like close the folder) Dr Watson is not spyware. Look here:

if u don't want the dr watson to pop up, go to Control Panel -%26gt; System -%26gt; Advanced -%26gt; then click Error Reporting. just disable error reporting.
this usually tells u that a program has crashed and asks if u want to report it to microsoft. if u disable the error reporting, a program can still crash but it wouldn't report at all.
It looks like explorer is cashing ; perhaps one of files in the folder is corrupted.
Dr. Watson saves information when applications crash. To disable it,
Go to start%26gt; run%26gt; regedit
navigate to HKEY_local_machine\software\
