This may sound a bit hilarious but there is radiostation that I usually listen to at home on the computer but lately it's starting to sound like "the chipmunks". When I am at work I don't have that problem. I have Norton antivirus 2005 as well as webroot spysweeper on. I don't know if this is a contributing factor. Any computer experts out there knows?

Its your sound card. Either find if you can download an updated driver or your going to have to buy a new one. Soundcards usually run anywhere from $20 to $150 depending on the one you get.
That might be it. Ask the manufacturer.
double click your speaker icon bottom right and select properties, you may have 3d sound on your card which is set to hight reduce the slider, or check the other sliders to see if that makes a difference when listening to it
So what? Listen to it on your home stereo.
